3 Crucial Values Every Business Owner Must Know: Three Values Of A Business Owner

Many years ago after I graduated from the university with a BSc degree, there was no job anywhere, so I decided to go into business. The only regret I have with making that decision is that I made it too late.

I went into sales of deodorants, and it was not an easy task at all. It is not enough to just start a business, longevity is very important, as you have to make sure that your business doesn't close down just moments after it was started.

I discovered these three important values of a business owner which I am going to share with you in this blog post. These values will enable you to kick-start your business and help manage and maintain it.

Consistency

How often do you market your business, how often do you tell people about what you do? You should tell people about your business every day, and preach about it like it's a church ministry and you're the pastor. Do you market your business today and tomorrow you're tired, the next time people hear from you again could be the following year. Consistency requires a long commitment from you, and it involves taking action repeatedly until you achieve your goals. It’s your continuous grinding for that business to succeed.

Patience

You see without patience you could wake up one morning and just quit. The truth is no business begins smoothly, and every business idea carries potential, but do you have the patience to hold on for better results? Patience can reward us with positive recognition, better sales, increased customer satisfaction, or stronger profits, by being patient, we can work progressively toward our goals, and that is the desire of every business owner; to reach their goal.

Spirit of Networking

Yes, networking in business is the process of establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with other business people and potential clients and/or customers. The primary purpose of networking in business is to tell others about your business and hopefully turn them into customers. Networking is where the strength of every business lies, and no business will survive without a network of people, clients/customers, because your business is not for you but for people.

Yes, my deodorant business was for people, I mean it was a business that was solving a problem, I was offering a solution to people's problem, the desire to smell nice. I did not just need to tell people about my business but I also needed people to tell other people about my business. That was how I gained a network of customers, both for wholesale and retailing of deodorants, a network of colleagues with whom we share updates on the latest perfume or body spray, on the best and lasting perfume and body spray.

And guess what networking opens you to? Connectivity! Your network connects you to other people, through which growth can be established. We must not forget that it was consistency and patience that made networking enjoyable and easy for me, and I encourage you to practice these three values and see how well they will affect your business's growth.

Kashgain on the other hand, helps you utilize and monetize your network, enabling you to make passive income daily, from the number two most demanding commodity data subscription, as well as other VTU services like airtime top-up, cable TV subscription, and electricity bills.

As for my deodorant business well, today that one decision to start one business, has birthed so many other businesses like a digital marketing agency, a transport company, haircare, real estate, and restaurant business along with a few others, and here's what I tell people "I can never be broke in life" and you too can boldly say that to yourself, but first start making moves towards that goal.
