14 days agoThe West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has introduced a computer-based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (CB-WASSCE) for school candidates in 2025. This exam is scheduled to take place from April 24 to June 20, 2025, across Nigeria.

- *Number of Candidates:* 1,973,253 candidates from 23,554 schools have registered for the exam
- *Results Release:* Within 45 days after the last paper, with certificates issued within 90 days
- *Digital Certificates:* Accessible through the WAEC Digital Certificate platform
*Subjects and Timetable:*

- *Foods and Nutrition:* Practical exam on April 24, 2025 (08:30-09:30 hrs)
- *Home Management:* Practical exam on April 24, 2025 (10:00-11:00 hrs)
- *Further Mathematics:* Essay paper on May 12, 2025 (08:30-11:00 hrs) and objective paper on May 12, 2025 (13:00-14:30 hrs)
