Growing up means friendships start to look different. Here’s why it’s not personal — just life.

    1. Less time to gist:

Adulting comes with responsibilities. Work, goals, life. It's not beef — just less time. Don’t take it personal.

    2. You gotta plan to hang out:

Pulling up unannounced might not work anymore. Schedules are real. Want meaningful time? Make a plan.

    3. They won’t always pick up:

They could be in a meeting, resting, or just overwhelmed. Doesn’t mean they’re ignoring you. Be patient.

    4. Slow replies happen:

People juggle a lot. Being online doesn’t mean they’re free. Don’t overthink it. Give grace.

    5. Less sentiment, more understanding:

Habits shift, convos change. But real friendships adapt. Keep showing up. Keep checking in. That’s how bonds last.
